If You Give a Kid a Paintbrush…

The Campus at the Farmington Valley Arts Center was buzzing with 77 little creative art enthusiasts for the past 8 weeks during our Summer Arts Adventures. 95% of the seats were filled.

The children unleashed their creativity while working on projects using various mediums including clay, sculpture, collage, painting and drawing. You can see their masterpieces now on display in the Drezner Visitors’ Gallery until August 29.

Here’s a little teaser: Eco-friendly light-up Jelly Fish, Fantasy Clay Worlds, Koi Fish and much more!

The Gallery is open Wednesday through Saturday, from 12 to 4 pm.

Everybody is invited to the closing reception on Saturday, August 29, 2015 from 2 to 4pm.
