Class Description

Experience a variety of mediums working together in one course. Students will combine techniques from drawing, painting, and printmaking, while also exploring different subject matters to create unique works of art. We will experiment with acrylic mediums, learn how to make image transfers, and discover a range of ways to create depth and texture in your artworks. Bring your collected paper and fabric scraps, buttons, or other collage materials to be incorporated, as well as your willingness to play and explore with some new ideas!

Materials
Bring a pad of mixed media paper (9x12 or 11x14), a pair of scissors, glue stick, pencil and other mark-making tools of your choice. Lindsay will provide the acrylic mediums, adhesives, specialty papers, printing/stamping materials, etc.
