Class Description

SMALL CLASS SIZE! Experience a variety of printmaking techniques! Students will learn to create with block-printing, collagraph, screenprinting, and monoprint, while also exploring different subject matters to create unique works of art. We will use our printing skills to create pieces that stand alone and that can be used in conjunction with other mediums, to get a glimpse of the diversity of printmaking.

We'll start with a collagraph project, please bring the following item to the first class:
- PVA glue (or Elmer’s Glue-All or Elmer’s X-Treme Glue)
- Any low relief textured materials such as fabric scraps, lace, buttons
- Utility knife or x-acto knife
- Scissors
The instructor will discuss all other items on the materials list and can assist with purchasing options. Please contact Lindsay for questions:
