This year, we've been focused on making "art accessible to all" by creating free programs that take place in a fully accessible physical setting. Our newest offering is Creative Community Gatherings which meets monthly for conversation coupled with a variety of guided art projects. We provide a safe space for members of the Art with Heart group to discuss shared personal experiences while making art. November is a busy community month with First Saturday Open Studios, our 49th Candlelight Holiday Stroll, and three lantern making workshops to celebrate Winter Solstice.
As a nonprofit organization, our classes and studio rentals cover some, but not all, of the costs to run community programming and keep our historic buildings in working order. Your donation will help us maintain and grow our offerings, so we can stand strong as a cultural hub in the Farmington Valley and make our dreams a reality!

The Farmington Valley Arts Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that fosters the highest level of human creativity and initiative. Thousands benefit from the FVAC’s comprehensive assortment of arts-related programs and opportunities each year. The FVAC relies on the support of members to sustain its long legacy. Annual membership contributions support Arts Center programs by providing essential operating income. Membership is active for 12 months and is non-refundable.
