Class Description

Join Sarah for a truly unique artmaking experience where it's not about the finished piece—but about what happens in your body while making it. Explore a movement-based approach to artmaking that engages both hands to help regulate stress and activate both hemispheres of the brain at once. Let go of the outcome and trust the process. There are no techniques to master—this is an invitation to move, feel, and make what can't quite be put into words.
All levels welcome. Modifications available for all bodies and abilities.
Please bring a journal and wear clothes that can get messy.
